Globe Super Duo

After using Globe Duo for almost a month, it's now time to switch to Globe Super Duo. Globe Super Duo is the unlimited call service of Globe Telecom to any Globe, TM or any landline number (NCR) 24 hours a day without any time limit. It also includes a landline number so anybody can call you using their landline for free. I called Globe Customer Service yesterday to check whether my Duo number will be lost if I switch and if I need to pay the pre-termination fee because I'm still in the lock-in period of three months. I've got a nice and comprehensive answer from them plus an assurance that my number will be the same as before so I decided to give it a try earlier.
