Journey to Malaysia Day 1

It's my first time to go to Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) this morning to catch my flight bound for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Today is the start of my 12 days trip here in this wonderful country. My flight lasted for 3 hours so I arrived at KLIA by 3 pm in the afternoon. I took a bus from the airport to the city central. After having dinner with my new friend here, we went straight to his home to rest. I also got my new Malaysian mobile number today so people here can contact me anytime. Today is rest day for me because I'm going to Johor by tomorrow morning. I hope my place would be equipped with fast internet so I can continue writing my blog tomorrow.

Summer Time

I'm back here at my very own blog. I'm actually busy the last few weeks with my normal task but here I am now still kicking and bouncing well.

Just few days ago, I celebrated my 11th year in the IT world. It's February 28, 1998 when I had my very first computer running Windows 95 B Chinese Edition. It's an Intel Pentium with MMX Technology, 32mb of RAM, 2.37 gb of HDD space, S3 Virge 3D 325/375 Video Card, Creative Sound Card, Creative 24x CD ROM and SAMPO 15" Monitor. I just realized what I am using 11 years ago when I was in grade 6 and the only thing that I can say is that I can't live with that machine anymore specially with my task now. The original machine except for the monitor is still intact here at my home to be placed in my future museum or the CTS Museum.

Ok! So going back to our main topic, I'm writing this blog entry now because summer is already here. My skin is actually darker now because of our "under the sun" coverage of the Petron Ladies Beach Volleyball last February 19-20. This week is the time for Nestea Beach Volleyball once again and I'll be there to support my idol :p Jeushl Wensh Tiu and her partner April Krizia Almaden. They just have their practice earlier at Island Cove Resort in Cavite and I think they are ready for the tournament starting this Wednesday. Go Wenshy!

Another thing that I want to share with all of you is my new stuff line up and equipment refresh. Why have the refresh now? Well I think its time for some of my stuff to retire. My N70-1 already served me for more than 2 years. Still working now the way I want it to be so I gave it a new look with its new casing. My buddy lappy will have its refresh anytime from now. I'm actually thinking of moving to MAC OS. We will see when I finished the refresh for my buddy. My ever faithful servers are also updated lately. The latest addition to my stuff is my upcoming DSLR camera. Budget is set to acquire my very own camera. I'm still thinking about which model would I choose. I'll just tell everybody when I write my first blog in my Naga trip this April.

To all people who are looking for me during weekends, I'm in Dasma or Laguna area most of the time. Just text me if you wanna meet me up. hehe... :p

New Year's Message

Year 2008 is one of the best year in my entire life. With the record breaking achievements, countless hours of meetings completed, numbers of place visited, people known and life changed, 2008 marks another important milestone in my history and the my teams history. Year 2008 is also the year when I celebrated my 10th year in the computer world. Yehey!

Year 2009 is coming in few hours time. Before I forgot, I would like to thank God for all the blessings this year (as in). I would also like to thanks my family specially to my sister for supporting me all the way. To all my friends, thank you for making me happy all the time. Not to mention, to my ever loyal and solid team behind my every move, thank you for all the things that you did for me and for everybody. I hope we can pull the strings next year to make everything work.

This year of the Ox, I would like to wish everybody good health. It is something that cannot be replaced by anybody. Life is short so we should enjoy every minute of it. Happy New Year to all of you and may the force be with you!
